Preschool Programs Designed for Every Stage of Early Learning
At Hyde Park Community UMC Preschool, we offer age-appropriate programs designed to support each stage of your child’s development. Our play-based approach encourages curiosity, creativity, and confidence. We are "part-time", hours are 8:45 AM - 11:45 AM, with options to extend the day.
Toddlers (Ages 2.5–3)
Our toddler program focuses on early social skills, language development, and guided play. Children begin building independence while learning how to interact with others in a safe and structured environment. Classes offered M-W or Th-F.
Preschool (Mixed Ages 3-5)
In this stage, children expand their communication, problem-solving, and social skills. Activities are designed to encourage exploration, creativity, and early academic readiness. We offer 3-day (M-W), 4-day (M-Th), and 5-day (M-F) class options.
Pre-K (Ages 4–5)
Our Pre-K program prepares children for kindergarten with a balance of structured learning and play. We focus on early literacy, math concepts, and social development to ensure a smooth transition into elementary school. We offer 4-day (M-Th) and 5-day (M-F) class options.
